1. Introduction

Basic Information:

Wang Xinyan, female, Ph.D in managementborn in June 1971 in Guixi, Jiangxi province. Now a professor of the School of Business Administration in Jiangxi University of Finance and Economicsworks as the master supervisor and vice director of the Research Center for Innovation and Strategic Human Resource Management.
