I. Overview

The Research Center for Innovation and Strategic Human Resource Management  was co-founded in March 2013 by Northeastern University of the United States and Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics, which is oriented towards enterprises and industries, and committed to scientific research. Dedicated to carrying on with previous research and breaking new ground, the center strives to make itself into a powerful voice of JUFE in team management and building, knowledge management and innovation, organizational reform, identity characteristics and emotions, demographic changes, work paradigm changes and physical and mental adjustment, role models and their effects, identity characteristics, as well as leadership and corporate reputation building.

The overall development strategy of the center is: respect the laws of scientific research; take full account of provincial and national conditions; establish links with well-known experts, scholars, government officials and entrepreneurs at home and abroad with openness, integrity and pragmatism; focus on the government-backed and strategic emerging industries; pool intelligence and capital and center on the integrated research of innovation, entrepreneurship and talent management; achieve high-quality academic results and countermeasure and industry reports with good social response; explore new developmental model of scientific research, talent training, academic exchanges, data and information gathering, as well as consulting and training services.

 

II. Faculty

The center has a faculty pool of 2 with the title of professor.

 

III. Research Achievements

The center cooperates closely with overseas universities such as Northeastern University, the University of Hawaii, the University of Queensland in Australia, the University of Luneburg in Germany, and Lingnan University in Hong Kong. Also, over 10 papers have been published in top international journals such as Journal of World Business, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Journal of Occupational Health Psychology, and Frontiers in Psychology.

 

IV. Social Contributions

Based on the principle of being dedicated to research, collaborating with enterprises and exploring social issues, the center helps enterprises solve management difficulties with its own research results. In recent years, more than ten horizontal research topics have been completed, which are well received by enterprises.
