1. Introduction 

Basic Information:

Zhou Yingheng, male, was born in 1963 and is a native of Changsha City, Hunan Province. He earned a PhD in Agricultural Economics and Management from Kyoto University and is now a distinguished professor and doctoral tutor in JUFE.
