JUFE and Jiujiang Bank Embark on a New Chapter of Strategic Cooperation

On June 3, JUFE and Jiujiang Bank Co., Ltd. held a signing ceremony on campus for their Strategic Cooperation Agreement and the establishment of the "Jiujiang Bank Scholarship".Liu Yaobin, Chairman of JUFE , and Zhou Shixin, Chairman of the Board of Jiujiang Bank, attended the event, along with Li Chungen, Vice President of JUFE. The ceremony was presided over by Li Chungen.

On behalf of JUFE, Liu Yaobin extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Jiujiang Bank and expressed his sincere gratitude for the bank's long-standing financial support for education and its commitment to cultivating talent. He emphasized that Jiujiang Bank stands as a flagship local listed city commercial bank in Jiangxi Province. By deeply rooting itself in the local real economy, the bank has actively fulfilled its corporate social responsibility. He noted that this signing ceremony represents not only a continuation and upgrade of past collaborations in educational funding but also a consolidation and refinement of a long-term university-enterprise cooperation mechanism. Liu expressed his hope that both parties would seize this opportunity to focus on the core objectives of joint talent cultivation, collaborative scientific research, and co-built platforms. He called for deeper integration of industry and education to achieve resource sharing, complementary advantages, and win-win development.

Zhou Shixin spoke highly of JUFE's educational achievements and the quality of its talent cultivation. He emphasized that this strategic partnership aims to promote the deep integration of the education chain, talent chain, industry chain, and innovation chain. Seizing this signing as an opportunity, Jiujiang Bank will leverage existing cooperation platforms—including the Jiujiang Bank Commercial Paper Research Institute, the Institute of County Economy and Finance, and student internship bases。Drawing on the university's think tank resources，this collaboration seeks to address industry pain points, bridge the gap between theory and practice, and ultimately realize a model of school-enterprise collaboration characterized by win-win development.

Witnessed by all attendees, Liu Yaobin presented the donation certificate to Zhou Shixin. Subsequently, Li Chungen awarded Jiujiang Bank the plaque designating it as a "Student Internship and Practice Base of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics".

During the conference, Li Chungen and Du Zhongwen signed the University-Enterprise Strategic Cooperation Agreement. Concurrently, Liu Chen, Chairman of the University Education Development Foundation, and Li Yanqiong, Director of the Human Resources Department of Jiujiang Bank, signed the Donation Agreement.

During the roundtable discussion, both parties engaged in in-depth exchanges on topics such as targeted talent cultivation, joint industry-academia-research initiatives, internship and employment alignment, and research on county economies. The dialogue aimed to refine specific measures for subsequent collaboration.
