National Federation of Industry and Commerce Virtual Reality University Proof-of-Concept Center Inaugurated at JUFE

On the morning of May 27, the Inauguration Ceremony of the National Federation of Industry and Commerce Virtual Reality University Proof-of-Concept Center, the center coupled with a mass signing ceremony for university-business and university-enterprise collaborations, was held at the Fenglinyuan Campus of JUFE. Xie Songyue, Vice Chairman of the Jiangxi Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce, and Liu Yaobin, Chairman of JUFE , attended the event and delivered speeches.

Amidst warm applause, attending dignitaries and guest representatives took the stage to jointly unveil the Center. This significant milestone not only marks the official launch of the Center but also signifies that JUFE’s integrated industry-academia-research education model has entered a new phase—one driven by proof-of-concept to foster innovation in talent cultivation and accelerate the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements.

Subsequently, multiple cooperation agreements were signed, spanning four key areas: university-business collaboration, university-enterprise strategic partnerships, scientific research and development projects, and the establishment of industry-academia integration bases.

​The inauguration of the Center, coupled with the signing of these strategic agreements, marks a pivotal initiative by JUFE to implement the national innovation-driven development strategy and serve Jiangxi's digital economy and VR industry. It establishes a deeply integrated innovation platform that bridges government, industry, academia, research, and application, creating a comprehensive pipeline for VR technology—from R&D and proof-of-concept to full commercialization. Moving forward, JUFE will leverage the Center to deepen university-enterprise collaboration and industry-academia integration, injecting stronger momentum into Jiangxi's efforts to build a 'Global VR Industry Highland' and drive the high-quality development of the private economy.
