Recently, the winners of the 2026 AMBA & BGA Global Business School Excellence Awards were announced. The School of Business Administration at JUFE stood out among numerous BGA member and accredited institutions worldwide, successfully winning the BGA Business School Impact Award for its innovative practice and significant influence of "The Construction of the Chinese School of Management" project. This honor highlights the School's practical innovation capabilities and social service value in the field of international business education.
Rooted in the inheritance of fine traditional Chinese culture and integrated with modern management practice, the School has achieved innovative breakthroughs across three dimensions: theory, education, and application. At the theoretical level, the School's major project funded by the National Social Science Foundation of China, "Research on Traditional Chinese Management Philosophy," pioneered a four-dimensional research framework of "self-cultivation – family governance – national governance – practical application," filling the cultural context gap in Western management theories. At the educational level, the School developed 12 distinctive courses integrating Eastern wisdom, including "Principles of Traditional Chinese Management Philosophy," reaching over 800,000 students through online and offline platforms. At the application level, the School organized the Chinese School of Management Forum, connecting dozens of universities and leading industry enterprises to establish a closed loop of "research – transformation – application," promoting the integration of traditional wisdom into corporate governance systems. Over 20 partner enterprises achieved improvements in both economic and social benefits.
This marks the third time the School has received an international business education award. The School's industry-education collaborative talent cultivation project won the AACSB 2023 Innovations That Inspire Award, ranking among 25 future-oriented innovative business schools worldwide. It was the only institution from China to receive this honor that year, and the third institution nationwide since the award's establishment. The School also received a nomination for the AMBA & BGA 2023 Best Business School Partnership Award, being the only nominated institution from China that year, with only five nominations globally.
This BGA Business School Impact Award represents a significant milestone in the School's international operations and locally-grounded innovative practices, serving as a testament to the School's years of dedication to industry-education integration, teaching innovation, and social service commitment. The School will continue to deepen the development of the Chinese School of Management, strengthen academic exchanges and cooperation with global business schools, and promote the international dissemination of Chinese management theories. Simultaneously, it will continue to empower regional economic development through business education, fulfill social responsibilities, and strive to build itself into a first-class business school that combines local characteristics with international influence, contributing more JUFE wisdom and solutions to the development of global management theory and practice.
