Department of Macroeconomic Research, National Development and Reform Commission Sends Letter of Appreciation to JUFE

Recently,JUFEreceiveda letter of appreciation from the Department of MacroeconomicResearch of the National Development and Reform Commission,expressing gratitude for the intellectual support provided byProfessor Liu Yaobin, Chairmanof the Board,and Professor Deng Hui, President of the University, as well as thesignificant reference value offered by the Macroeconomic Monitoring,Forecasting, and Policy Evaluation Analysis Platform.

Theletter stated that over the past year, both parties have effectivelyfulfilled their roles as think tanks and assistants, particularlyengaging in practical and in-depth cooperation in areas such asmacroeconomic monitoring, forecasting, and policy evaluation,developing new quality productive forces, and improving the modernindustrial system. Professor Liu Yaobin and Professor Deng Hui ledJUFEteam in providing forward-looking and constructive intellectualsupport. The joint effort to build the "MacroeconomicMonitoring, Forecasting, and Policy Evaluation Analysis Platform"has achieved phased progress. With its precise monitoringcapabilities, scientific forecasting models, and systematicevaluation framework, the platform has provided important referencesfor relevant work.

Theletter pointed out that the cooperation between the two sidesrepresents a deep integration of academia and think tanks, aresonance between theoretical exploration and practical application.Looking ahead, tasks such as the construction of the MacroeconomicMonitoring, Forecasting, and Policy Evaluation Analysis Platform,research on developing new quality productive forces, and building amodern industrial system carry a glorious mission and hold broadprospects. It is hoped that both parties will continue to worktogether, further expand cooperation areas, deepen collaborationmechanisms, and jointly write a new chapter in joint research andacademic exchanges.

Thisletter of appreciation from the Department of Macroeconomic Researchof the National Development and Reform Commission is a highrecognition of the platform construction at JUFE.Since its official launch in October 2025, the China MacroeconomicMonitoring, Forecasting, and Policy Evaluation Analysis Platform hascontinuously produced high-quality flash reports on majormacroeconomic indicator forecasts and think tank reports onmacroeconomic situation analysis, consistently providing moreaccurate, forward-looking, and scientific support for nationalmacro-governance. In the future, it will continue to make greatercontributions to serving the modernization of national macroeconomicgovernance and promoting high-quality development.
