On February 2, a delegation from UCSI University of Malaysia visited Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics for exchange. Representatives from the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange and School of Sociology and Humanities warmly received the delegation. Both sides held a focused meeting on deepening cooperation in areas such as international communication and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance), reaching multiple agreements.
During the meeting, Dr. Tan Nuo, the representative of UCSI University, introduced the university's distinctive educational features, disciplinary strengths, and the background of relevant cooperative projects. The two parties engaged in in-depth discussions on key topics including a joint cultivation of master's programs in science and technology policy and international communication, as well as of ESG. They also conducted practical exchanges on the implementation path for jointly applying for Sino-foreign cooperative education programs, curriculum alignment, and academic resource sharing.

Both parties agreed that cooperation between the two universities in relevant fields aligns with their respective development needs, establishing a solid foundation and promising prospects for collaboration. Moving forward, they will prioritize advancing initiatives such as faculty and student exchange programs, jointly developing specialized courses, and establishing collaborative academic research platforms. Efforts will also be accelerated to initiate the application process for China-foreign cooperative education programs, ensuring the effective implementation of all cooperative projects.

It is reported that UCSI University is a private comprehensive university approved by Malaysia's Ministry of Higher Education. Ranked 269th in the 2025 QS World University Rankings, it is recognized as Malaysia's top-ranked private university.
