Prof. Zhao Shuming, famous managerialist gave a lecture in JUFE

In the morning on 1st June , Professor Zhao Shuming, Doctoral Supervisor and Honorary President of Business School of Nanjing University paid a visit to JUFE and made a academic report entitled” the current hotspot and difficulties in studying human resources management", invited by the School of Business of JUFE.
Professor Zhao Shuming made an in-depth analysis on the issue from the three aspects: individual, group and organization and?? pointed out that studying on human resource management had experienced four stages "the personnel management --human resource management ---human capital ---talent assets".

Mr.Zhao believed that the current hot issues in the study of human resource management in our country mainly included ten aspects: the labor laws and policies, independent innovation, talent internationalization, organizational change, layoffs, labor market price, working pressure, labor relations, human resources market supply and demand structural contradiction, the rise of professional degree and training. Difficulties on studying in this field were cultural barriers, consciousness barrier, system barrier and methods barrier. Prof.Zhao gave a wonderful academic report to the audience, provided the newest information of this field and warmly welcomed by them
Professor Cao Yuankun, director of the industry cluster and enterprise development research center of JUFE hosted the report. Professor Yang Jie, director of innovation and strategic human resource management research center of JUFE with teachers, postgraduate students, undergraduates took part in the academic report.
