1. Introduction

Basic Information:

Liu Xiaoquan obtained a PhD in History from Hunan Normal University and completed a postdoctoral fellowship of Economics in the Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences of the Ministry of Finance. He is now a professor, doctoral supervisor and the deputy dean of the School of Marxism Studies, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.
