1. Introduction

Basic Information:

Liu Yanqing, male, was born in June 1978 and is a native of Xi’an City, Shaanxi Province. He earned a PhD in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Baylor University and now works as a lecturer, master supervisor and the vice director of the Department of International Software, School of Software and Internet of Things Engineering, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.
