1. Introduction

Jiang Yanbo, male, was born in October 1966 and is a native of Guangfeng County, Jiangxi Province. He is the director of China Society of Economic Law and a professor and doctoral supervisor at the School of Law of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.
