1. Introduction

Huang Huasheng, male, was born in August 1969. He obtained a PhD in Law at China University of Political Science and Law and now works as a professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Law, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics and the director of China Criminal Law Research Association.
