1. Introduction
Basic Information:
Yang Demin, male, was born in July 1973. He obtained a PhD in Law from Renmin University of China and now works as a professor, doctoral tutor and the dean at the School of Law, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. He is also a member of China Law Society, the executive director of the Institute of Social Law Studies of China Law Society, a member of the Institute of Legal Education of China Law Society, a member of the Second Legal Advisory Group of Jiangxi Provincial Party Committee and the People’s Government of Jiangxi Province, and a legislative consultant of the Standing Committee of Jiangxi Provincial People's Congress.
