1. Introduction
Basic Information:
Kuang Xiaoping, male, was born in Hunan in July 1962. He holds a PhD in Economics and now works as a professor (second-grade), doctoral tutor, postdoctoral co-tutor in applied economics, and an academic leader in finance. In addition, he has also served as the vice president of China Taxation Education Research Association, the executive director of the National University Finance Teaching Research Association, and the director of China Finance Association.

Work Experience:
From 1982-1987, he worked as an assistant engineer in Guiyang Company of China Nonferrous Metals Corporation.
From 1990-1996, he served as a lecturer and associate professor in JUFE.
From 1996-1997, he was a visiting scholar at the University of Nottingham.
From 1997-1999, he served as an associate professor and master tutor in JUFE.
From 1999-2001, he was studying for a doctorate at Renmin University of China.
From 2001-2006, he was a professor and the deputy director of the Graduate Department in JUFE.
From 2006-2013, he served as the dean of the School of Public Finance and Public Administration and a doctoral supervisor.
From 2013-2018, he served as the director of the Scientific Research Department, and as a professor and doctoral supervisor of JUFE.
Since May 2018, he has served as a chief professor of finance and doctoral supervisor in JUFE.

3. Project of the National Natural Science Foundation Research on the Current Situation, Problems and Risk Prevention and Control Mechanism of Local Government Debt, approved in 2012 and concluded in 2016.

He has engaged in teaching and research in the fields of theory and policy of finance and tax, public economy and management for several years. He has published more than 60 academic papers independently or as the first author in authoritative and core journals such as Finance and Trade Economy, Public Finance Research, Taxation Research, Economic System Reform and Management World.
