1. Introduction

Basic Information:

     Yang Jie, male, was born in June 1972 and is a native of Guilin City, Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. He earned a PhD in Applied Psychology and now works as a professor and master and doctoral supervisor at the School of Business Administration, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. He is also the director of the Research Center for Innovation and Strategic Human Resource Management.
