JUFE Participated the 2nd Annual Conference of the Alliance for Economics and Management Education and Shared Experiences

Recently, the 2nd Annual Conference of the Alliance for Economics and Management Education (AEME) was held in Beijing, along with a themed seminar on "Educational Cooperation Promoting Global South Development". Nearly a hundred representatives from domestic and international member institutions of the alliance gathered at the University of International Business and Economics to explore the critical role of finance and economics education in the development of the Global South and to identify collaborative opportunities, contributing intellectual strength to global development through educational cooperation. JUFE’s Vice President Fang Yuming attended the conference and delivered a speech, accompanied by the head of the Office of International Cooperation and Exchange.


The opening ceremony featured speeches by distinguished guests, including He Xiuchao, Chairman of the AEME; Yu Changxue, Director of the China Center for International People-to-People Exchange; Zhao Zhongxiu, President of the University of International Business and Economics; and Ma Haitao, President of the Central University of Finance and Economics.

During the keynote speech session, Fang Yuming delivered an experience-sharing presentation titled "Building a Comprehensive System for International Education to Enhance the Quality of JUFE's Global Engagement." He highlighted the achievements of JUFE in international education in 2024, covering areas such as global collaboration networks, Sino-foreign cooperative education programs, international cooperation projects, overseas study training, Sino-foreign cultural exchanges, and education for international students in China. Fang also elaborated on and shared insights into the university's multidimensional system for international education, offering forward-thinking perspectives and valuable experiences to alliance members. His presentation received positive feedback from attendees, who actively engaged with JUFE representatives after the session to discuss specific practices in detail.
