JUFE Won 3 ACCA Annual Awards

On December 6th, the 15th ACCA National Education Forum, hosted by the ACCA Association, was held in Tianjin, with over 200 participants from universities across the country. The ACCA Association commended the outstanding achievements of ACCA universities across the country in talent cultivation and teaching innovation at this forum. JUFE has won three annual awards: ACCA Excellence in Education Award, ACCA Teaching Progress Award, and ACCA Teaching Achievement Award. The three major awards once again fully demonstrate the extraordinary achievements of JUFE in the construction of ACCA professional direction, teaching reform, and teaching achievements, and also once again demonstrate JUFE's leading position in internationalization and high-quality talent cultivation in China.

At the invitation of this conference, Vice Dean Guan Kaolei shared the characteristics, practices, development, and experience of JUFE's ACCA direction over the past 20 years. The achievements of JUFE's ACCA education were highly praised by the attending experts, further expanding the reputation and influence of our accounting major among universities nationwide.

Since 2004, JUFE has established the ACCA direction in the accounting major, which combines vocational qualification education with academic education and opens up a new model of international talent cultivation. Over the past 20 years of operation, the ACCA program has trained more than 3000 outstanding ACCA students and provided batches of outstanding financial and accounting talents to various industries in society. At the same time, ACCA has also achieved fruitful educational results. JUFE has 15 students who have won the global or mainland first place in the ACCA unified examination, 1 teacher who has won the "ACCA Outstanding Achievement Award", and 5 ACCA course teachers who have been awarded the "ACCA Excellent Professional Guidance Teacher" in national universities. In 2018, JUFE was awarded the highest honor, the ACCA Excellence in Education Award. In 2023, JUFE’s Master's degree in Accounting (MPAcc) passed the review and evaluation in one go, and obtained exemption certification for 9 ACCA professional qualification exams, becoming the first university in Jiangxi Province to obtain this qualification. In 2024, JUFE obtained the highest level of ACCA certification in the world-Platinum Education Institution Qualification, becoming the first university in Jiangxi Province to receive this certification.
