The title of the paper is How digital village construction affects the effectiveness of rural governance? - Research on the NCA and QC Amendments. Professor He Zhimin is the first author of the paper, and Chen Meiling, a doctoral student majoring in Public Economy and Management, is the second author (corresponding author) of thepaper.
