Lecturer:Dr.Kwan HoKwongis now a professor of management at the China Europe International Business School. Professor Kwan graduated from Drexel University with a PhD in organization and strategy.ProfessorKwan 's research field focuses on leadership development, corporate training and negative workplace phenomena. He has published more than 100 articles in prestigious international academic journals,including top journals Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Management, Human Resources Management, Journal of Organizational Behavior, and Management World, He has won the Outstanding Research Award from
American ManagementAssociationand the Association of Industrial and Organizational Psychology. In 2017,2015 and 2013, he won the Teaching excellenceaward,OutstandingEmployeeAwardand student thesis excellent guidance award fromShanghai University of Finance and Economics, and in 2015, he won the Emerald / IACMR China management research fund award, the evaluation committee, best reviewer from Human Relations, and excellentcitation.
