　　Recently, the 2024 China Science and Technology Paper Statistics Release Conference and China's First-class Science and Technology Papers' Global Impact Evaluation Forum was held at Beijing Hotel. During the conference, the 2024 Edition of China Science and Technology Journal Citation Reports (Core Edition) - Natural Sciences Volume, 2024 Edition of China Science and Technology Journal Citation Reports (Core Edition) - Social Sciences Volume, and the 2024 Edition of China's Core Science and Technology Journals (Popular Science Volume) Directory were released. Both Contemporary Finance and Economics and Journal of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics were selected as China's Core Science and TechnologyJournals.

　　The selection of China's Core Science and Technology Journals is organized by the Institute of Scientific and Technical Information of China, under the Ministry of Science and Technology. The 2024 Edition of China Science and Technology Journal Citation Reports (Core Edition) - Social Sciences Volume includes a total of 407 journals, which are selected as important scientific and technological journals across various disciplines based on rigorous quantitative evaluation and qualitative analysis. Papers published in these journals are indexed in the China Science and Technology Papers and Citation Database (CSTPCD). The 2024 Edition of China Science and Technology Journal Citation Reports (Core Edition) - Social Sciences Volume employs 24 bibliometric indicators, such as total citation frequency and impactfactor.
