CCTV Focuses On the Touching Story of JUFER Yu Wenxin Donating Hematopoietic Stem Cells to Save Lives

On May 4th, CCTV Channel 13's program 24 Hours specially planned a program for the Youth Day of May Fourth, titled Encounter You 2024 · New Youth, focusing on the touching story of Yu Wenxin, a student from JUFE’s Virtual Reality (VR) Modern Industry School, who donated hematopoietic stem cells to save lives. The program was reported in detail, showcasing the enthusiasm for public welfare and dedication of contemporary students from JUFE. The program was divided into three parts with a total duration of 15 minutes and 43 seconds.

The report highlighted that on February 29th, Yu Wenxin from the Virtual Reality (VR) Modern Industry School of JUFE successfully donated 169 ml of hematopoietic stem cell suspension to a stranger with leukemia at the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University. This act exemplifies the enthusiasm for public welfare and dedication of contemporary students from JUFE.
