JUFE and Jiangxi Cultural Performance Group Co., Ltd. Jointly Unveiled their Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base

On April 25th, JUFE and Jiangxi Cultural Performance Group Co., Ltd. held a ceremony to unveil their Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base.

Leaders and guests attending the unveiling ceremony included Xu Guanghua, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Jiangxi Cultural Performance Group, and Xie Hualin, Vice President of JUFE. Xu Guanghua warmly welcomed the leaders and guests participating in the ceremony and elaborated on the significance and role of the establishment of the base. He emphasized that the establishment of the Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base is a strong support for strengthening the talent team construction of the Group and signifies a solid step forward in talent cultivation and scientific innovation. He stressed the importance of Jiangxi Cultural Performance Group in closely aligning with the national talent strategy and industry development needs, continuously improving the quality of doctoral student training and research level, promoting the deep integration of the base with the industry, and driving the development and progress of the group with higher standards and stricter requirements.

Xie Hualin first introduced the basic situation of JUFE in his speech. Also, he emphasized the working mechanism between the Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base, universities, and enterprises, and put forward requirements for the establishment of the base. He pointed out that the establishment of the Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base by the Group will provide new opportunities and platforms for cooperation between JUFE and Jiangxi Cultural Performance Group. He hoped that both parties would take this cooperation as an opportunity to fully leverage their respective strengths, implement various tasks effectively, and achieve fruitful results. In the future, JUFE will continue to deepen cooperation with the base, jointly cultivate high-level professional talents, promote the integration of scientific innovation and practical development, and make new contributions to building an important regional science and technology innovation center in central China and promoting high-quality leapfrog development in Jiangxi Province.

Li Ming and Ke Henglong, representing JUFE and Jiangxi Cultural Performance Group respectively, signed a cooperation agreement between the two parties.

The successful unveiling ceremony marks the official start of the construction of the Postdoctoral Innovation Practice Base. Jiangxi Cultural Performance Group will focus on the cultural industry and deepen its performing arts business. Through the transformation of research results by postdoctoral researchers at the Innovation Practice Base, the Group will provide technological and intellectual support for eight business sectors including stage arts, theater alliances, cultural tourism performances, cultural and creative industries, art education, cultural heritage preservation, asset operation, cultural finance, as well as cultural and performing arts resource integration, cultural capital investment operation, and cultural and creative industry cultivation.

After the unveiling ceremony, experts from both JUFE and the enterprise held a thesis proposal meeting for the first postdoctoral researcher to enter the base.
