From March 26 to 29, JUFE Vice President Li Chungen led a team to sit in on some undergraduate teaching classes. Director of the Academic Affairs Office, Wan Jianxiang, deputy director of the Undergraduate Teaching Evaluation Center Hu Delong, deputy Minister of the Student Work Department Kuang Renxiang and all members of the undergraduate education supervision group also participated.

Having attended lectures of three teachers, Li Chungen believes that the teachers are full of passion and good at controlling the class, but at the same time, he also finds that there are problems such as low attendance rate and low participation rate of students. Li Chungen pointed out that teachers should manage the classroom, especially strengthening process management and increasing the proportion of process assessment. It is necessary to reasonably increase the learning burden of students and enhance the degree of academic challenge.

The principals of the Academic Affairs Office and the Student Affairs Office as well as the undergraduate education and teaching supervision team went to the undergraduate teaching classroom to sit in on the lectures of more than a dozen teachers.

It is one of the important means to monitor the quality of classroom teaching, and it is also the traditional practice of JUFE. By taking part in the classes, the teacher's teaching style, teaching methods and classroom organization ability can be better ajusted, and the students' learning status and needs can be better met. In addition, attending class also helps to stimulate teachers' enthusiasm for teaching, promoting them to constantly improve teaching methods and means, and improve the level and quality of teaching.
