JUFE Hosted National MBA Alumni New Quality Leadership Forum

On March 17th, the National MBA Alumni New Quality Leadership Forum was held in Shenzhen. The forum was jointly organized by the the Silk-Road Entrepreneurship Education Network(SREEN), the Global Entrepreneurship Research Center of Zhejiang University, the School of Business Administration of JUFE, and the Shenzhen Research Institute of JUFE. The event brought together representatives and outstanding alumni from management schools across the country to discuss the new quality transformation of leadership in the era of digital intelligence.

Professor Wang Chongming from Zhejiang University delivered a brilliant keynote speech on the theme of New Quality Leadership Characteristics and Development Strategies, setting an academic and innovative tone for the forum and guiding attendees to explore the cutting-edge topics of new quality leadership.

The opening ceremony and keynote speech session of the forum were hosted by Professor Hu Haibo, Dean of the School of Business Administration of JUFE.

During the special report session, alumni representatives from Peking University, Zhejiang University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Chongqing University, Zhongnan University of Economics and Law, Jilin University, and other universities shared their innovative practices and experiences in their respective fields around the theme of the conference. These reports not only showcased cutting-edge thinking in the field of leadership practice but also provided attendees with rich experiences and insights.

During the roundtable forum session, George Iliev, the Innovation Director of AMBA&BGA, and Richard Turner, the Certification Manager of BGA, delved into the essence and role of new quality leadership from the perspective of the integration of business and law, providing attendees with a fresh thinking perspective and practical guidance.

In the closing speech, Wang Chongming highly praised the wonderful insights shared by the attendees, emphasizing the important role of new quality leadership in driving economic and social development. Wang Chongming also hoped that through the exchanges and collision at this forum, more thoughts and practices on innovative new quality leadership would be inspired.
