JUFE Joins the "China-Pakistan Economic Corridor Consortium of Universities Exchange Mechanism"

Recently, approved by the Chinese Committee of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor Consortium of Universities Exchange Mechanism and China Association of Higher Education, JUFE has officially joined the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor Consortium of Universities Exchange Mechanism.

The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor Consortium of Universities is jointly initiated by the China Association of Higher Education and the Pakistan Higher Education Commission. The consortium currently includes 83 renowned universities from China and Pakistan. So far, four exchange mechanism meetings have been held, making the consortium an important platform for exchange and cooperation in the field of higher education between China and Pakistan.

China-Pakistan Economic Corridor Consortium of Universities Exchange Mechanism holds significant practical significance for promoting the expansion of exchanges between higher education institutions in China and Pakistan, and achieving more substantive cooperation results. The Pakistani side hopes to establish deep cooperation with Chinese universities through the university consortium, giving full play to academic research creativity and talent innovation through connectivity and international exchanges. This aims to further facilitate the implementation of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor and contribute to international cooperation under the Belt and Road Initiative.

Through China-Pakistan Economic Corridor Consortium of Universities Exchange Mechanism, JUFE will have the opportunity to engage in joint research projects, host academic lectures, exchange visits, and other activities to promote cooperation and mutual benefits in education, economics and other fields. Simultaneously, we will expand cooperation space and seek relevant support with consortium members, and deepen collaboration with Pakistani universities, which would help advance the construction of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor with high quality, accelerate the digitization transformation of school education, and contribute the wisdom of JUFE to the economic construction of countries along the Belt and Road Initiative and the reform and innovation of higher education teaching in China.
