Lecturer：Wang Guangsheng,the President of International Data Management Association (IDMA) Greater China, Editor-in-Chief of Data Management and Digital Transformation series, Outstanding Talent of Overseas Study and Entrepreneurship of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Affairs of the People's Republic of China (MOHRSS), and Chairman of American EDM Committee in China, He has worked for Bank of America, GE, Boeing, GM, KPMG, AOL, Google, U.S. Department of the Treasury, and GEICO.

He is mainly engaged in consulting, R&D, implementation and training related to Big Data, Artificial Intelligence and Blockchain. He has also served as a director of the Maryland Asia Pacific Chamber of Commerce, a director of the U.S.-based Association for Business Research and Development, a chief scientist of the U.S.-based Association of Colleges and Universities, an advisor to the Greater Washington Area Chinese Scientists Association, the director of the U.S. Blockchain Technology Application Institute, the head of the Data Strategy Group of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council's Digital Transformation and Data Element Expert Group, and a professor at the Beijing/Shanghai Jiaotong Universities, Standing Committee of Overseas Chinese Association of Shanghai Jing'an District, Investment Promotion Ambassador of Shanghai Jing'an District, etc..

 After returning to China, he has participated in the discussion and preparation of several national ministries and commissions on data standards, data elements, data governance guidelines, data privacy protection and other related provisions. He has organized the editing, translation and publication of more than 10 treatises related to data management and digitization, including the digitization of the international authority DAMA Guide to Data Management Knowledge System, Guide to the Knowledge System of the Chief Data Officer, Readings for Leading Cadres on Data Elements, etc. He has also worked for many national ministries and provincial governments on data governance and data privacy protection.

He has also provided more than 200 training sessions on data management and digital transformation for many national ministries, provincial authorities, and enterprises, including the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission (SASAC) of the State Council, the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission (CBIRC)/State General Administration of Financial Supervision (SGASF), the Guangdong Provincial Government, the Shanghai Municipal Government, the Hainan Municipal Government, the Shandong Provincial Government, the Jiangsu Provincial Government, etc., and the banks, including the six major banks, the Bank of Nanjing, the Bank of Jiangsu, Bank of Hangzhou, and Bank of Ningbo, etc., and enterprises, including China Unicom, PICC, CGNPC, Huawei, Ali, Ping An Group of China, etc. Other organizations include Tsinghua University, SEDI, ICT, etc.
