The new requirements of the era for management research are how to take our own path while drawing on the strengths of others, integrating and refining, and forming a unique style. It requires the theoretical, practical, and media circles to jointly promote innovation and development of Chinese management thought and contribute to the realization of the second centenary goals and the great rejuvenation of China.
