The themes of the training programs are gradually diversified: from a single financial management to a new system with financial management as the core, and taking into account government budgets and advanced financial management.

In 2015, JUFE became the only training unit in Jiangxi Province to undertake degree programs. 129 students from 28 countries in Asia, Africa and Latin America have been awarded a master's degree in international business. Affected by the global pandemic, the 2020 international business master's program was carried out online in early September 2021; the 2021 class will start in September 2022.
