On April 23, Professor Wang Shouyang, director of the Center for Forecasting Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and dean of the School of Economics and Management of the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences, came to JUFE to deliver a lecture titled Innovative Research and Talent Cultivation in Management Science and Economic Science. Chaired by Professor Liu Xiping, vice dean of the School of Information Management, the event attracted more than 100 representatives of teachers and students from the school.

Wang Shouyang is an academician of the World Academy of Sciences and the International Academy for Systems and Cybernetic Sciences. He is considered as an outstanding researcher of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and has won the Outstanding Youth Science Fund. He currently serves as the director of the Center for Forecasting Science of the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the editor-in-chief, executive editor or editorial board member of 12 European and American academic journals.
