President of HTC VIVE Technology Group Visited JUFE

​On the afternoon of April 16^th, Lv Yun, president of HTC VIVE Technology Group, and Chen Tingchuan, chairman of Nanchang VIVEDU, came to JUFE for a meeting together. JUFE President Deng Hui, Vice President Li Chungen and the heads of relevant departments had in-depth talks with the guests on specific cooperation matters.

Deng Hui welcomed the visit of Lv Yun and his entourage. He thanked HTC VIVE Technology Group for its continuous support for the construction of JUFE’s VR Modern Industrial College. He hoped that both parties would carry out deep cooperation in personnel training, scientific research, project research and development, and teacher training.

Li Chungen introduced the basic information of the VR Modern Industrial College. He wished that the two parties would further improve the cooperation model and plan based on the guiding ideology of taking a long-term perspective, drawing on each other’s strengths, sharing resources, adopting win-win cooperation, so as to upgrade VR industry in Jiangxi Province.

Lv Yun briefed the overall situation of HTC VIVE Technology Group and related businesses around the VR field. He highly appreciated the construction concept of the VR Modern Industrial College and the goal of cultivating high-level application-oriented VR talents. Additionally, he looked forward to the strong alliance with JUFE to build the college into a high-level model industrial college.

Liao Guoqiong, director of the Academic Affairs Office, introduced the construction of the VR Modern Industrial College. Dong Yanchao, manager of Nanchang VIVEDU, shared the basic information and cooperation ideas of VIVEDU.
