Official Launch of GanNong Smart AI Assistant to Support Agricultural Industry Research and Decision Analysis
On October 18, the Jiangxi Provincial Symposium on Modern Agricultural Industrial Economy was held at Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics（JUFE）, where the GanNong Smart AI Assistant was officially launched. Integrating more than 10,000 agricultural documents and multi-level agricultural statistical data from provinces, cities and counties across China, the assistant consists of three functional modules: intelligent Q&A, intelligent report generation and backend management. It provides auxiliary support for agricultural industry research and relevant business work, enabling easier access to professional knowledge, more intuitive data analysis and more efficient report preparation.
This symposium was co-hosted by the Jiangxi Modern Agricultural Industrial Economic System, the Jiangxi Special Aquatic Products Industrial Technology System, the Jiangxi Vegetable Industrial Technology System and the Jiangxi Tea Industrial Technology System, and undertaken by the School of Digital Economics, JUFE.
Liu Yaobin, Chairman of JUFE and Chief Expert of the Jiangxi Modern Agricultural Industrial Economic System; Cai Haisheng, President of Yichun University and Regional Economy Position Expert of the Jiangxi Modern Agricultural Industrial Economic System; Professor Qi Chunjie, Director of the Industrial Economics Research Office of the National Modern Agricultural (Citrus) Industry Technology System; Researcher Liu Zifei, Director of the Industrial Economics Research Office of the National Shellfish Industry Technology System, together with other experts and scholars from industrial technology systems inside and outside Jiangxi Province, other position experts of the Jiangxi Modern Agricultural Industrial Economic System, and representatives from industrial enterprises, attended the symposium. The Science and Technology Division of Jiangxi Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs provided on-site guidance. The meeting was presided over by He Xiaogang, Dean of the School of Digital Economics, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.
During the launch session of the GanNong Smart AI Assistant, Chen Ruixing from Yidiandian Software Company of Nanchang Economic and Technological Development Zone introduced the product and demonstrated its functions, Showcasing the application of artificial intelligence technology in agricultural knowledge retrieval and industrial data analysis.
At the closing of the meeting, Liu Yaobin concluded by emphasizing the need to fully leverage AI tools and establish a sharing and exchange platform. The launch of the GanNong Smart AI Assistant at the symposium provides a practical tool for applying artificial intelligence to research on agricultural industrial economy. It also provides a new practical vehicle for integrating professional documents and statistical data with the needs of real-world business operations.
