Huawei Finance Leaders Visit JUFE for Cooperation Talks

​On September 9, Xiao Weiran, Director of the Finance HRBP Department, Huawei Finance Terminal BG, and his delegation visited JUFE. The two sides conducted in-depth coordination on matters concerning the 2027 campus recruitment. Prior to the meeting, Liu Yaobin, Chairman of JUFE, met with Xiao Weiran and his delegation. Liu Yaobin expressed gratitude to Huawei for its long-standing concern and support for JUFE’s graduate employment work, and briefly introduced JUFE’s school-running progress and achievements in talent cultivation in recent years. Liu Yaobin pointed out that Huawei is an outstanding representative of Chinese national enterprises and a national brand of which the Chinese people are proud. Its arduous journey from scratch to global reach vividly embodies the spirit of self-reliance and courageous innovation among Chinese enterprises. He stated that JUFE attaches great importance to cooperation with Huawei, and hopes that both sides will take this exchange as an opportunity to further deepen collaboration in campus recruitment, internship programs and career guidance to achieve win-win results for the university and the enterprise. Xiao Weiran thanked the university for the warm reception, spoke highly of the university’s educational philosophy and the quality of its talent training. He noted that Huawei Finance stands ready to strengthen communication and coordination with JUFE to jointly deliver the tangible outcomes for the 2027 campus recruitment.

Subsequently, JUFE and Huawei Finance held a meeting at JUFE Student Activity Center on the Jiaoqiaoyuan Campus. At the meeting, Xiao Weiran introduced the business layout, development momentum and talent needs of Huawei Finance, with a focus on the 2027 campus recruitment plan, job openings, talent selection criteria and talent development mechanisms. He stated that Huawei Finance attaches great importance to recruiting talents from JUFE. Taking this visit as an opportunity, Huawei Finance hopes to further deepen university-enterprise cooperation with the university and attract more outstanding students to join.

This visiting has further strengthened the university-enterprise partnership between JUFE and Huawei Finance and laid a solid foundation for the employment of the 2027 graduates.
