Recently, Dr. Li Min from JUFE, has published a paper entitled The Uniform Existence Time and Zero-Alpha Limit Problem of the Euler-Poincaré Equations in the prestigious international mathematics journal Journal of Differential Equations. Dr. Li Min and co-authored by her doctoral superviso,r Professor Yin Chaoyang, from Sun Yat-sen University.Journal of Differential Equations is an internationally recognized high-level journal in the field of differential equations, published by Elsevier. It mainly publishes high-quality cutting-edge research on the theory and applications of differential equations. The paper included in Volume 478 (2026) of the journal.

This study addresses two key problems in the zero-dispersion limit analysis of the Euler–Poincaré equations. It further enriches the well-posedness and limit theory for such nonlinear partial differential equations, and offers a new analytical approach for investigating parameter limit problems of the Euler–Poincaré equations and related Camassa–Holm-type equations.
