JUFE Delegation Headed by President, Prof. Wang Qiao Visited Mexico and Brazil

  JUFE delegation headed by President, Prof. Wang Qiao visited UPAEP in Mexico and Pontificia Universidade Catolica de Minas Gerais in Brazil from Sep, 14, 2013 to Sep, 21, 2013 to discuss future cooperative programs. Prof. Kuang Xiaoping, director of Research Department and Prof. Cai Shenggui, dean of School of Tourism and Urban Management were in the team.

 
  Prof.Wang Qiao signed a MOU with Prof. Emilio Banos, UPAEP and reached an agreement to start the cooperation with Student Exchange Program. Also they shared a common aspiration to co-build a Confucius Institute in UPAEP. JUFE started the cooperative relationship with PUC Minas last year and there are three students from Minas coming to study in JUFE this semester. During the visit, JUFE delegation and the International Office of PUC Minas also discussed to work together on Scholars’ Program and academic collaboration.
  JUFE is interested in developing an internationalization policy through agreements between different institutions around the world and has that as one of the principal goals of the university. This fruitful visit is a great opportunity to know more about the teaching, research and extension projects in South America and how we can collaborate in the field of international cooperation of high education.
