Visit to JUFE by a Professor from Essex

On 18th November 2012, Professor Edward Tsang，from University of Essex, come to deliver a lecture on Computational Finance to the students from the Schools of Finance, Business Administration, and Software and Communication Engineering in JUFE.

His lecture introduced what the computational finance is about. It also indicates that this is a very attractive subject for those students who have the background of both computer science and finance and want to get access to the financial section in China for their career development in the future. The lecture also describes what are required to get prepared for candidates who want to do their further education in University of Essex in this subject.

Professor Jiang Jingfa, vice president of JUFE met the visitor and held a dinner in the evening to show thanks to his visit and contribute to the university.
