JUFE Alumni,Lee Rongcan Was Elected as Vice-governor of Gansu Province

At the end of January 6, 2013 in the Gansu province eleventh NPC Standing Committee thirty-first conference, JUFE alumni, former Assistant Minister of the Ministry of Commerce, Mr. Li Rongcan was elected Vice Governor of Gansu people's government.

Li Rongcan is the undergraduate graduate of the 1989 grade Accounting major in the Accounting Department. He started to work in August 1989, and he successively served as cadre, deputy director and director of the Finance Department, Department of Planning and Finance of the Ministry of Economic and Trade, and Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade. In March 2002, he was appointed as Deputy Director of Division of Planning and Finance of the Ministry of Foreign Economic Relations and Trade, and of the Department of planning and Finance of Ministry of Commerce. In March 2006, he was appointed as Director of the Finance Department of Ministry of Commerce. In October 2009, he served as Director of Policy Research in the Ministry of Commerce. During November 2008 to December 2009, he took a temporary post as Guangzhou Municipal Standing Committee and vice mayor. In December 2010, he was appointed as the Party member of Ministry of Commerce. Since January 2011 he served as Assistant to Minister of Ministry of Commerce and Party members. In January 2013 he was elected Vice Governor of Gansu people's government.
