1. Introduction

Basic Information:                    

Xu Guanghua, male, was born in August 1981. He obtained a PhD in Law from Wuhan University and now works as a professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Law, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.

1. General Project of the National Social Science Foundation: “Empirical Research on the Application of Criminal Law and Public Opinion Interaction”. The project was set up in 2011 and concluded in 2014.

2. Youth Project of Humanities and Social Sciences of the Ministry of Education: “Criminal Law Hermeneutics from the Cultural Perspective-A New Approach to the Dilemma of Criminal Law Hermeneutics”. The project was set up in 2010 and concluded in 2013.
