Liu Xiaohui, male, was born in September 1982 and is a native of Lianyuan City, Hunan Province. He earned a PhD in Mathematical Statistics and currently works as a professor, doctoral supervisor and the director of the Department of Mathematical Statistics, School of Statistics, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.
