1. Introduction

Basic Information:

Yan Wu, male, was born in May 1958 and is a Doctor of Economics. He currently works as a professor (national second-grade) and doctoral supervisor in Finance at the School of Finance, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. 

Research Directions: Capital Market Theory, Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions, Financial Risk Management, Corporate Finance
