1. Introduction

Basic Information:

Chen Chengwen, male, was born in November 1966 and is a native of Longhui County, Hunan Province. He obtained a PhD in Sociology from Nanjing University and now is a chief professor and doctoral tutor at the School of Public Finance and Public Administration, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. He is also the director of Jiangxi New Era Social Governance Research Center, the executive director of China Sociology Society and an editorial board member of Sociological Review of China (sponsored by Renmin University of China), Social Construction (sponsored by Renmin University of China), Journal of Guizhou Normal University (social sciences edition), Youth Exploration and Youth Development Forum.

3. Research Achievements

Chen Chengwen has hosted and completed four projects of the National Social Science Foundation (including one key project), one New Century Excellent Talents Support Program of the Ministry of Education, one key project of the Ministry of Education, one humanities and social sciences research project of the Ministry of Education, and one major bidding project of the Ministry of Civil Affairs. In addition, he has compiled four textbooks and published nine academic monographs and more than 150 papers in Management World, China Soft Science and Journal of Higher Education in CSSCI as well as eight papers in Guangming Daily (theoretical edition). Among the published papers, Xinhua Digest reprinted five full-text papers and selected main points from 18 papers, Chinese Social Sciences Digest extracted two 4,000-word papers, China University Academic Abstracts extracted seven papers and 53 papers were reprinted by Sociology, System Reform, Social Security System and Social Work in Chinese Social Science Excellence.
