1. Introduction
Basic Information:
Lu Fucai, male, was born in November 1963 and is a native of Zixi County, Jiangxi Province. He is a member of the Communist Party of China, a professor and doctoral supervisor of the School of Business Administration, and the president and deputy secretary of the Party committee of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics.
Research Directions: New Industrial Organization Form, Industry Development and Policy, Labor Economy and Human Resource Management
Education Experience:
In 1983, he graduated from Luoyang Engineering Institute (now Henan University of Science and Technology) with a major in Mechanical Manufacturing.
From 1987 to 1989, he studied in the graduate class of the Department of Industrial Economics at Renmin University of China.
From 1997 to 2000, he completed a doctoral degree in Industrial Economics from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
Work Experience:
President Lu worked as the director of the Industrial Economics Teaching and Research Office of the Industrial Economics Department, the deputy director of the Industrial Economics Department, the director of the Office of Academic Research and the dean of the School of Business Administration in JUFE. Additionally, he has successively served as the assistant to the president of JUFE in January 2006, the vice president of JUFE in May 2008, a member of the leading Party group and the deputy director of the Science and Technology Department of Jiangxi Province in March 2013, the deputy secretary of the Party committee of JUFE in May 2017 and the president of JUFE in June 2017.

3. Research Achievements
President Lu has published more than 60 papers in domestic and foreign core journals and 20-plus monographs and textbooks. He has presided over two projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China and participated in five projects by the National Social Science Foundation of China. In addition, President Lu has also hosted more than 20 significant projects including Humanities and Social Sciences Research Projects of the Ministry of Education, Major Bidding Projects for Jiangxi Economic and Social Development, and Humanities and Social Sciences Projects of Jiangxi Colleges and Universities, many of which have received state and provincial awards.
