Specialized, Refined, Unique and Innovative Entrepreneurs Summit by School of Business Administration

On March 30, the High-end Forum on Specialized, Fined, Peculiar and Innovative Enterprises (2025) was held by the College of Business Administration and Entrepreneur Magazine, hosted by the Specialized, Fined, Peculiar and Innovative Enterprises Research Center of Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics (JUFE), and co-sponsored by Jiangxi Provincial Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises. With the theme of new quality empowerment, high-quality development, the forum brought together more than 180 guests, including leaders of government agencies, experts and scholars, entrepreneurs to discuss the incubation and growth, cluster development, digital transformation of specialized, fined, peculiar and innovative enterprises and other vital issues.

Zhu Hongren, Secretary of the Party Committee, Executive Vice President and Secretary General of China Enterprise Confederation and China Entrepreneurs Association, Prof. Li Chun-gen, Vice President, Wang Shibin, President of Entrepreneur Magazine, Vice President of Enterprise Management Magazine and Enterprise Management Publishing House, Shi Hao, Deputy Director of Nanchang Small and Medium-sized Enterprises Service Bureau, Zhang Wenju, Executive President of Jiangxi Provincial Association of Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, Zhu Xinyue, editor-in-chief of “Hidden Champions of Specialized, Fined, Peculiar and Innovative Enterprises" column of Entrepreneur Magazine, attended the meeting. Prof. Hu Haibo, Dean of School of Business Administration, presided over the opening ceremony.

At the opening ceremony, the Research Center for Specialized, Fined, Peculiar and Innovative Enterprises of JUFE hired a number of entrepreneurs as special researchers. Zhu Hongren, Li Chun-gen, Shi Hao issued appointment certificates to the employed entrepreneurs respectively.

Li Chun-gen pointed out in his speech that today's world industrial chain reconstruction, digital technology revolution, green low-carbon transformation brings not only unprecedented challenges, but also the opportunity to break through the situation, and specialized, fined, peculiar and innovative SMEs is not only an important support for the high-quality development of manufacturing industry, but also to promote the real economy to the depth of the key forces. Li Chun-gen emphasized that JUFE has always been serving the national strategy and regional development as the mission of running a school, closely linked to the "specialized, fined, peculiar and innovative" enterprise growth needs, and constructed a "disciplinary support -- think tank empowerment -- eco-collaboration and walked out of a distinctive road of industry-education integration. Under the circumstances, JUFE will continue to strengthen cooperation with all sectors of society, enhance social service capacity, and contribute more to the development of the local economy and the high-quality development of specialized, fined, peculiar and innovative enterprises.

In his speech, Wang Shibin believed that it is of great practical significance and long-term value to hold this forum at a time when the wave of intelligence is sweeping across the world and the international economic pattern is accelerating restructuring. Wang Shibin pointed out that the integration of "small and beautiful" specialization and "deep and intelligent" AI core ability is the key to break through for small and medium-sized enterprises. The development of specialized, fined, peculiar and innovative enterprises should dig deep into the scene, refine the "hard core barriers", chain group synergy, and build a "wisdom ecology", and at the same time, do the spirit of craftsmanship and innovation breakthroughs. Entrepreneur magazine will adhere to the tenet of "promoting entrepreneurial spirit and spreading management wisdom", further cross-border integration of wisdom resources, create an ecological service platform, and better serve enterprises and entrepreneurs.

During the forum, the guests of honor conferred plaques on the research bases of specialized, fined, peculiar and innovative enterprises. The conference also formally released the "wisdom out of the new" social service projects, the project to schools, colleges and universities as the support of advantageous resources to provide intellectual support for small and medium-sized enterprises and resource docking, to promote the transformation of small and medium-sized enterprise innovation results.

Through the three dimensions of focusing, gathering power and gathering potential, the forum provided comprehensive thinking from strategic planning to practical implementation for "hidden champions" in SMEs, and sowed seeds for the prairie fire of industrial upgrading. The Forum was broadcasted live on the online platform with video and pictures, which gained wide attention and social influence, with more than 40,000 people paying attention to the forum activities through the live broadcast.
