From November 15th to 17th, the 62nd Higher Education Expo China was held in Chongqing. JUFE was invited to participate in the "Higher Education Institutions Exhibition and Exchange Activities," focusing on showcasing the characteristics and achievements of JUFE's collaborative education efforts. The theme of this Higher Education Expo was "Integration of Vocational and General Education, Integration of Industry and Education, and Integration of Science and Education." JUFE Vice President Li Chungen led a team composed of staff from the Academic Affairs Office and other relevant departments and attended the event.
During the exhibition, Li Chungen had an in-depth exchange and discussion with Shen Shuxin, the Executive Director of the National New Humanities and Social Sciences Office, on the construction of JUFE's new liberal arts.
Xiao Dezheng, Vice Chairman and Secretary-General of the Jiangxi Higher Education Society, visited JUFE's booth, inquired in detail about the content displayed by JUFE, and gained a deep understanding. He highly recognized and positively evaluated the achievements JUFE has made in collaborative education.
In the National University Achievement Exhibition area, JUFE used a combination of text and images, video playback, brochures, and other methods to showcase the university's characteristics and highlights in collaborative education. First, we emphasize interdisciplinary education to cultivate top talents, integrating science and education to promote innovation. Second, we focus on three levels and four elements to achieve development through the integration of industry and education. Third, we collaborate and empower through dual integration to expand space for vocational and general education. Representatives from universities, enterprises, and practitioners in related fields stopped by our booth, watched the display content and materials carefully, engaged in in-depth exchanges with our staff, discussed cooperation, and highly praised and fully affirmed the characteristics of our collaborative education efforts. The booth built a good platform for exchange and cooperation, further enhancing our visibility and social reputation.
It is reported that the exhibition area of this Higher Education Expo reached more than 120,000 square meters, attracting more than 700 exhibiting companies and more than 5,000 participating companies; more than 1,000 colleges and universities participated, with over 50,000 attendees present, and more than 50 high-level academic activities were held concurrently.
