On the afternoon of April 23, Professor Zhang Guoxing from the School of Management of Lanzhou University was invited to give an academic report entitled Policy Changes, Partisanship, and Regional Differences from the Perspective of Quantification of Policy Texts. More than 50 representatives of teachers and students from the School of Information Management attended the lecture, which was presided over by Professor Luo Chunlin.
