Forum on "A Hundred Years of Changes in China and Rural Revitalization" Held in JUFE

The high-end forum on A Hundred Years of Changes in China and Rural Revitalization hosted by the School of Humanities was held in JUFE from May 6th to 7th. Chaired by Jiang Guohe, deputy dean of the School of Humanities, the forum was attended by Ouyang Kang, vice president of JUFE, He Xuefeng, dean of the School of Social Sciences of Wuhan University, Yin Limin, dean of the School of Public Administration of Nanchang University, and more than 20 scholars from Wuhan University, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Northwest Agriculture and Forestry University, Anhui University, Suzhou University, etc.

Ouyang Kang extended a warm welcome to the attending experts and scholars. He pointed out that agriculture, rural areas, and farmers are the core issues concerning the people's livelihood in the world. The modernization of the whole country is based on that of agricultural and rural areas. JUFE is striving to develop the specialty majors of rural sociology and rural social work, which is conducive to cultivating professional talents for rural revitalization and promoting rural construction in Jiangxi.
