Professor Zhan Xiaojun Published a Paper in theJournal of Applied Psychology

Recently, the paper The Psychological Implications of COVID-19 on Employee Job Insecurity and its Consequences: The Mitigating Role of Organization Adaptive Practices co-authored by Professor Zhan Xiaojun of the School of Business Administration and Professor Lin Weipeng of Shandong University has been included in the Journal of Applied Psychology.
