The Teaching Community Project for Educational Informatization Approved by the Ministry of Education

Recently, the project of the Sharing-oriented Jiangxi Virtual Simulation Teaching Community was approved by the Ministry of Education as one of the first group of virtual simulation teaching communities in China.

The community, led by JUFE and joined by Nanchang University, Jiangxi Normal University, Jiangxi Agricultural University, East China University of Technology and Gannan Normal University, aims to upgrade virtual simulation in terms of the development of virtual simulation projects, course construction and sharing, teacher training, mutual credit recognition, etc.

In recent years, JUFE has been promoting the in-depth integration of information technology and education by developing virtual simulation teaching projects. Currently, JUFE boasts of 27 provincial-level virtual simulation teaching projects, one national-level virtual simulation teaching center and one Jiangxi virtual simulation teaching and sharing management center. Additionally, JUFE has established the VR Modern Industrial College in October 2020. The college will facilitate the development of virtual simulation teaching projects, connect the VR industry with education, and contribute to the cultivation of versatile talents in new liberal arts.
