Recently, with reference to the Incentives for Boosting Science and Technology in Jiangxi, the People's Government of Jiangxi Province awarded the individuals and organizations that had made pivotal contributions to the scientific and technological progress of Jiangxi province in 2019. Among the nine first prizes, 16 second prizes and 25 third prizes in Natural Science, two JUFE programs won the first and the third prize respectively.
One was primarily accomplished by professors Fang Yuming, Yuan Feiniu and Fang Zhijun of JUFE and the other by Professor Yang Yong and Associate Professor Huang Shuying of JUFE and Dr. Lin Pan from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
