Vice President Deng Hui
Prof. Deng Hui, born in March, 1971 in Fengxin County, Jiangxi Province, is a member of Democratic Progressive Party (DPP). He is currently a professor, doctoral supervisor and vice president of JUFE. He is honored one of “the outstanding young and middle-aged academic pioneers in Jiangxi Province universities”, a representative of the 12th National People's Congress of China, a member of central committee of DPP, a member of the standing committee of DPP Jiangxi Province committee, a member of National Youth Committee.
Prof. Deng Hui graduated from East China Institute of Political Science and Law and got the bachelor’s degree of Law in 1993. In the same year, he was employed by JUFE. In 1999, He graduated from JUFE and got the master’s degree of Economics. In 2003, he graduated from China University of Political Science and Law and got the doctor’s degree of Law. Mr. Deng used to serve as the vice director of department of economic law, vice director of School of Law and director of School of Law of JUFE. In May, 2013, Prof. Deng Hui became Assistant President of JUFE and in June, he was nominated as the Vice President of JUFE.
Prof. Deng Hui’s academic field is Civil Law and Commercial Law, especially the Company law. He has published 2 professional books, edited 3 textbooks, published over 30 papers in national authoritative publications and core journals and hosted more than 10 national and provincial research projects. What’s more, he was awarded many provincial honors.
Prof. Deng’s social position are as follows: vice president of Jiangxi Legislation Institute, a member of standing council of China's Securities Law Institute, executive director of Chinese Commercial Law Institute and vice director of Nanchang Arbitration Commission.
